Do I need to have a certain level of fitness?
All individuals are welcome! All of our activities - yoga, meditation, and boxing are open to all levels, ages, and body types.
Is there wifi at the retreats?
Yes, however we generally encourage trying to take days off work so you can fully enjoy the nature, and not be bound to your laptop.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
We do have basic quality yoga mats available, however welcome you to bring your own mat if you're used to practicing on a higher quality one.
